Episode 13 - Infobip's Orediretse Molebaloa discusses the importance of omnichannel strategies
Orediretse Molebaloa is the Regional Sales Engineering Manager for Infobip, where he is responsible for the growth, strategic management, technical excellence, talent management, and internal quality of service for the company’s sales engineering department. He previously worked as an Operations Support System (OSS) Engineer at Huawei Technologies, where he was responsible for the day-to-day administration of information systems and databases for network operations.
In this interview, Molebaloa meets with Aki Anastasiou on MyBroadband’s What’s Next talk show to discuss omnichannel strategies. Molebaloa outlines the benefits of having an omnichannel strategy for businesses trying to enhance their customer experience. He then highlights why start-up businesses in particular should adopt an omnichannel strategy, and suggests which tools they should use.
