In this What’s Next with Aki Anastasiou interview, Dr Angus Hay – Africa Data Centres’ Regional Executive for South Africa – discusses the company’s new data halls in Cape Town. He began his leadership journey in the telecommunications industry when he was appointed as the CTO of Transtel from 2001 until 2006. He now oversees the commercial and operational development of Africa Data Centres’ facilities in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Hay begins this interview by discussing Africa Data Centres’ new Cape Town data halls. He unpacks the new technologies being deployed at these facilities and explains how they will increase performance levels.
