Orediretse Molebaloa from Infobip discusses the importance of omnichannel strategies for start-ups

Orediretse Molebaloa is the Regional Sales Engineering Manager for Infobip, where he is responsible for the growth, strategic management, technical excellence, talent management, and internal quality of service for the company’s sales engineering department. He previously worked as an Operations Support System (OSS) Engineer at Huawei Technologies, where he was responsible for the day-to-day administration of information systems and databases for network operations. Molebaloa also worked as a Technical Presales Engineer at TEOCO for two years before joining Infobip, where he has worked since 2019. In this interview, Molebaloa meets with Aki Anastasiou on MyBroadband’s What’s Next talk show to discuss omnichannel strategies. Molebaloa outlines the benefits of having an omnichannel strategy for businesses trying to enhance their customer experience.
